AIR
Air transportation involves the movement of people and goods through the air using aircraft. It is the fastest mode of transportation, making it ideal for long-distance travel across regions, countries, or continents. Examples: Airplanes, space shuttles, helicopters, drones.

ROADWAY
Road transportation involves vehicles that move on paved surfaces such as highways, streets, and local roads. Convenient for short to medium distances. School buses are a super common way for kids to get to school safely! Examples: Cars, buses, motorcycles, bicycles, and scooters.
PIPELINE
Pipeline transportation moves substances (and sometimes people) through pipes, usually over long distances. Efficient, safe, and cost-effective for moving large volumes of fluids or gases over land. Examples: Pipelines carrying oil, natural gas, water, or chemicals.

MARITIME
Water transportation involves the movement of people or goods via rivers, lakes, or seas. Scenic, relaxing, and efficient in areas where bridges or roads are limited. Some kids take a boat to school if they live near lakes or rivers! Examples: Ferries, boats, water taxis.
RAIL
Rail transportation uses trains that run on tracks and often connect cities or regions. Reliable and often faster than road transport during rush hour Examples: Subways, commuter trains, light rail, and high-speed trains.
