Flight Plans On File
Teams should choose 5 flight plans to add to their departure queue. Remind them that not all of the information is required to be placed on the flight plans.
Each flight plan includes:
Call Sign, Aircraft Type, Departure Airport, Destination Airport, Requested Cruising Altitude, Route of Flight, Estimated Time En Route (ETE), Estimated Departure Time (EDT) Passengers (Note:ATC usually refers to this as Souls on Board or SOB. Assume that all Estimated Departure Times are the same.
To increase complexity: Increase the number of flight plans to 10. You may also consider having the teams, temporarily, switch to another teams departure queue and see what changes they would make.
