Then roll the die to see which disruption from each card will affect their company.

Disruptor A

(1-2) Thunderstorm at Hub: All departures delayed 2 hours. Lose 2 On-Time points.

(3-4) Heavy Snow: Short-runway airports closed. Lose 1 Route point if you serve small cities.

(5-6) Heatwave: Smaller planes struggle to take off at full load. Lose 1 Passenger point if operating turboprops or regional jets.

Disruptor C

(1-2) Pilots exceed their FAA maximum duty hours while waiting for a storm to pass. Lose 1 On-Time point. If your hub is Chicago, Dallas, or Atlanta

(3-4) Pilot Shortage: One new route must be canceled. Lose 1 Profit point if you hired rookies only.

(5-6) Medical Emergency Onboard: Flight diverts. Lose 1 On-Time point but gain +1 Safety point.

Disruptor E

(1-2) TSA staffing shortage causes checkpoint delays. Passengers miss connections. Lose 1 point if your base hub is New York, Los Angeles, or Atlanta

(3-4) VIP Movement causes temporary airspace closures near Washington, D.C. Lose 1 point if you operate lights to/from Washington, D.C.

(5-6) Security Scare: Flights delayed. Lose 1 point but gain +1 Safety point.

(1-2) Runway Construction: One hub closes for a week. Lose 1 Profit point if you only have 1 hub.

(3-4) Maintenance Backlog: Your crews are swamped. Lose 2 Safety points if you bought budget equipment.

(5-6) Air Traffic Control Congestion: All flights delayed 1 hour. Lose 1 Passenger Satisfaction point.

Disruptor D

(1-2) Fuel Prices Spike: Older jets cost more to fly. Lose 2 Profit points if using MD-80s or early 737s.

(3-4) Competitor Enters Route: Lose 1 Profit point unless you serve a niche market.

(5-6) Holiday Travel Surge: Gain +2 Profit points if you have large jets (A321, 737, 787).

Disruptor F

(1-2) Pandemic Alert: Passenger numbers drop. Lose 2 Profit points.

(3-4) Quarantine Rules Tighten: Lose 1 Passenger point unless flying mostly domestic routes.

(5-6) Public Health Crisis Abroad: Cancel one international destination. Lose 1 Route point.
